- BANG&MAIZE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track your package status directly on our carrier’s website using this number.
- If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of your order being processed, please contact our customer service team.
We currently do not ship to the following locations due to logistics limitations:
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local postal service or building management first. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for further assistance.
- For damaged or lost packages in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Replacements or refunds will be issued only upon confirmation of loss/damage from the carrier.
If the signature service is requested , there will be a $30 shipping cost for reshipment if the package is returned back to sender.
If the signature request is waived or you have signature exemption agreement with FedEx, DHL or UPS, BANG&MAIZE will no longer be responsible for any lost or damage of the package.
All the international shipping orders and orders with high value products are signature requested.
All the automatic returns will incur a $30 restocking fee for monetary refund.

Orders returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address you will be responsible for additional $30 shipping charges.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
